These Terms of Service govern the use of Nobalaa OTP, available through dashboard.gminx.net. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Nobalaa OTP provides tools that allow businesses to send one-time password messages and related authentication messages through configured messaging providers.

2. Account Access

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and bridge tokens. Any activity performed using a valid bridge token may be treated as authorized by the client.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful messages.
• Send messages to recipients without proper authorization or lawful basis.
• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, telecom, privacy, or data protection rules.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or provider restrictions.
• Use the service for fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or illegal activities.

4. WhatsApp and Third-Party Providers

When using WhatsApp Cloud API, clients must comply with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform terms, message template rules, quality requirements, and messaging policies.

Third-party provider availability, delivery behavior, pricing, template approval, and account restrictions are controlled by the relevant provider and may change independently of Nobalaa OTP.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate recipient phone numbers.
• Ensuring OTP messages are sent only for legitimate authentication or security purposes.
• Maintaining lawful basis and user consent where required.
• Keeping API tokens and credentials secure.
• Complying with applicable laws and provider policies.

6. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation. Delivery may depend on third-party messaging providers, telecom networks, internet availability, recipient device status, and provider account quality.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used in violation of these terms, provider policies, applicable law, or platform security requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobalaa OTP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party providers, failed delivery, delayed delivery, account restrictions, or misuse of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
